Nicola & Julian's Wedding
Friday 19th June 2026
Our Venue
The Radnor Rooms
1st Floor, 30 St. Nicholas Street, Bristol BS1 1TG
The entrance is tucked between the beer garden of Slug & Lettuce and Mr. Wolf’s nightclub, so if you're following Google Maps, look out for those!
The street outside is pedestrian-only from 11am on the wedding day,
so cars and taxis won’t be able to pull up right outside.
The best drop-off spot is just down the steps by The Old Fish Market pub.
Parking:
There is no street parking, but these nearby car parks are your best bet:
- NCP Nelson Street (BS1 3DB) – 271 spaces
- NCP Rupert Street (BS1 2PY) – 498 spaces
- NCP Broadmead (BS1 3AF) – 435 spaces
(All are open 24/7 – pay via the NCP App.)
The Galleries Car Park is also nearby (Mon–Sat only; last exit 11pm).
The NCP on Queen Charlotte Street is closed.
Taxis can drop off on Baldwin Street – just a short stroll away at the bottom of the steps, either at The Old Fish Market or Obento.
Access:
The Radnor Rooms is on the first floor of a gorgeous old building, which very sadly means
that there is no lift or step-free access. An E-Vac chair can be pre-arranged.
Once you're up the stairs:
- There are 2 small steps from the Reception Room to the Main Room
- Plus 6 steps up to the terrace
If the door is closed when you arrive, just ring the bell for ‘Radnor Bar’ and we will buzz you in.
Dress code:
The dress code is colourful, cocktail / semi-formal.
There is a lovely roof terrace which has a real log fire,
patio heaters, blankets and gazebos (in case of rain).
However, we do recommend bringing a
jacket or extra layer for the evening chill.
There's a coat rail in the Reception Room,
so you can hang up your layers and forget about them ‘til later!
Food & Drink:
Some drinks will be provided complimentary,
and there is also a fully stocked and licensed bar,
which will be ready and waiting for you, so you can arrive and get settled
and enjoy a drink on our terrace.
Dietary Requirements:
We cater for vegan, veggie, and gluten-free guests - just let your server know your preference.
For those with particular allergies, we’ll provide separate plates, but if someone has a severe or life-threatening allergy, we’d feel much better if they brought their own food, just to be safe.
Our food may contain or come into contact with allergens like milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, etc. We do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but we can’t guarantee dishes are 100% allergen-free. Please speak to a team member if you have any allergies or intolerances.
Accommodation
The closest hotels to The Radnor Rooms (BS1 1TG) within walking distance are:

Premier Inn, City Centre (Lewins Mead) (would not recommend Kings Street due to its proximatey to open air bars and pubs)

Wedding Gifts
This day is about our union and celebrating with all the important people in our lives. Your attendance is all we wish for!
However, should anyone wish to give a gift we will be setting up a donation opportunity that is still to be confirmed, but will be something like funding a bench in St George's Park where we have spent some very special times together in our time living at Seneca Street.
